Can I get the product shipped to me outside of the USA?
We offer shipping to just about every location around the world. However, the time frame for delivery can take longer in certain locations. If you need additional information about the specific time frame to your location you can contact our support team. In some locations your package may be held up due to customs regulations. We don't have any control over such regulations.
How soon will my order ship?
We strive to get your medications out to you the same day or the next day after an order is shipped. If there will be any type of delay such as the product not being available, payment verification, or any other concerns we will get into contact with you immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order but if it has already been shipped out then the charge will still be processed for that order. You may refuse delivery of it and have it sent back to us. A refund amount will be less the shipping costs of your order that were applicable.
Can I check on my order?
You have the option of logging into your account to see your order history. There you can also click on orders to get tracking information for when they will be delivered.
What if you don't have the medication I need?
If you don't find the medication you need on our website please contact our support team. They will be glad to offer you further assistance.
Can I refill an order or do I need to place a new one?
For your convenience you can log into your order history. From there you can choose to refill any previous order.
Can I order more than one product at a time?
You can order several products at once if you would like.
